  2.  @BrewsterMcBrewster  I keep wondering why you old-time IT people haven't built better products to go head-to-head with Big Tech more effectively. I'm going to keep using Microsoft Office for work. I'm nearing retirement from the big institution, and I don't want to have to relearn everything I do for work product. But I'm definitely going to abandon it as soon as I retire. Meanwhile, for personal and future professional work, nothing but open source.
