Meh. My response to that would be to paint my REAL gun's barrel orange, to give me an edge in a REAL shootout. "Awww. It's just a paint- I'M SHOT!"

George LOVES this shit. He LOVES the attention. He's just getting messed-up by the fact that he can't control the fact that the public actually sees what's going on and what a schmuck he is.

It's a fascinating tension between regressive tradition and unbridled change without thought to consequences. These are two poles. May we all find the proper balance, somewhere in between. Tradition exists because it works well enough to propagate itself over large spans of geography and time. It is not to be cast aside, lightly, when the new way hasn't proved itself sustainable for even 5 minutes. We see the authoritarianism in them. They see the decadence in us.

@curtispeterson923 : I was trying to take him seriously, until he responded to the Kavanaugh question you asked. Now I realize he's just another deluded libtard. Most sane people were appalled at the character assassination and smear campaign brazenly and openly executed against Kavanaugh. Democrats lost millions of votes in those hearings. By tradition, Trump should've lost BOTH houses of Congress in his 1st midterm (not his last!). The Kavanaugh hearings took a lot of steam out of Democrat hopes. These hearings, it remains to be seen if there's any evidence backing up Cohen's words. I'm inclined to believe this is just Omarosa II. If only Trump had a lock on the media and the justice system like Obama had, this would be the most successful presidency in generations. But I'm glad that Trump remains the outsider AND, unlike Democrats, gets most of HIS money from small donations and leaves the fat cats sitting on their wallets, not answerable to the career manipulators and insiders.

Have you SEEN Bridges? Have you LISTENED to him? He's the reason Evergreen is swirling down the drain.

I'm not sure I believe this is a thing. But I can see where paintball could be like counting coup between warriors of competing tribes. Counting coup actually did save lives in an otherwise lawless situation, where two or more tribes were in a more or less constant state of war. You get the drop on somebody and let 'em go, maybe they choose not to go against you for real. Life has endless possibilities. Death has but one.

Saw this coming 100 miles away. The left recruit for the right, but to what end?

Yes. "For the protection of their child, because they're worth it."

@timmcclure2096 : Yes. But it's much easier to just demonize people without having to learn anything about the world, even though he walks into stores every day and does business with strangers, based on trust, value, and voluntary transactions. He knows Mises in his bones, but not in his head, as do most so-called liberals.

All fish have bones. Carp are just considered trash fish. But we eat catfish, which are also bottom feeders. But catfish are more carnivorous. We also don't eat "suckers."

Do you think leaving people helpless is better than preparing them as best you can?
1
@milamj09 : I think it may be a sin to use "liberal" and "fair" in the same sentence. Do the right thing. Get right with God, just in case, and repent!

They're not training vigilantes. They're training citizens to defend themselves, as a last resort, in a situation everyone hopes will never arise.
