  1. This is why we always said "Cops have the best dope." They also have the nicest cars. It's a lot like the license they used to issue pirates to legitimize their depredations. A letter of marque from the king and you can steal from anybody the king doesn't like. We basically tell law enforcement "It's OK to be a pirate." One thing for sure. If you're getting harassed by the FBI like this, chances are good you're innocent. The FBI only handles pet criminals with kid gloves. Everybody else? Just pray the Eye of Sauron doesn't fall upon you.
