  1. In a nation of 330 million (plus illegals), it could be a very rare thing, but you could still watch such videos 24/7 without a repeat. Don't let anecdotes on social media give you a false impression. Leaven it with the sheer size of the population compared to the relatively small number of videos that seems like a lot of videos. I'm not saying it's ever right to run roughshod over the Constitution, but you can be misled as to how common this shit behavior is.
