  1.  @dharmendrakumarkushwaha5944  Policymakers are too eager to resort to violence, and haven't the mandate to wage a winning war. They go in at the drop of a hat, and then support the effort - and especially the re-build - half-heartedly. We should be more reluctant to resort to violence and more decisive once the commitment is made.
