  1. I bought in '22, right before interest rates started going up, and I'm ridin' it out at the new place. I sold high and put a big chunk of it against the new place, to get a mortgage about the same as before. Now I plan to pay it off in inflated dollars down the road. That payment looks better and better with each passing year. I feel so sorry for people out looking, right now. Prices and interest rates are just ridiculous, and not getting any better any time soon, unless BlackRock and others go belly-up and have to liquidate all their speculative purchases.
