  1. I got popped for 40 in a school zone (well after school was closed). Like that first guy, I just bought a car, and I wanted to see how it handled the speed bumps, because it had kick-ass suspension. I didn't try to wiggle out of it. Just 'fessed up and told him what I was doing. Still paid a ticket, but 40 in a 20 could've gone down as reckless driving.
