  1. Gotta crank out 3 or 4 per day to keep yourself on top in the algorithm. Gotta run videos over 10 minutes to maximize monetization. I think the BEST of them have about 1/2 hour of good, fresh content per week. But that won't pay their bills. There's basically no way to please the algorithm and keep content quality high, unless you have a good-sized team.
