  1. Penalties should be HIGHER, because of the harm they do with their enormous powers causes widespread harm to MILLIONS. Life in jail. Instead, they use their powers to hide from any sanction, shielded by the might of the U.S. Government. John Brennan, Jim Comey, Sztrok, Clapper, Wray, Rosenstein, ... Those are just a few of the many who need to be in jail, in my humble opinion.
