I've been watching 2-tiered justice since Obama was sworn in. I've been watching the unchecked expansion of the state's scope, role, and arrogance since the 1970s. Back then, the Republican Party still fought the good fight, at risk of becoming a permanent minority, because Democrat spending bought an increasing number of votes as the years wore on. Then "kinder and gentler" kicked in, in the 1990s, and the uni-party really got off the ground. Republicans became big spenders and Democrats became war hawks.
