Even if Congress refers them for criminal prosecution, the Department of Justice refuses to pursue it. So it's all just sound bites and virtue signals.

@Mikell-h2c Congress has too much power. It used that power to create agencies that Congress itself is incapable of overseeing. The USA was never meant to have the U.S. Congress micro-manage every aspect of human life. The fact is, the Congress couldn't if it wanted to. But it created these agencies, nevertheless, and now we see Congress is "weak." It's only "weak" because it stuck its nose where it didn't belong and created a monstrous federal bureaucracy that is too large, sprawling, and secretive to be overseen by a mere 535 Congressmen and Senators.
