It's BECAUSE of congressional intervention that your devices are spying on you in the first place. This is what always happens. They've meddled so much, you, them, EVERYbody looks to congress to solve problems created. It's a death spiral of endless fixing of things that were already fixed in the wrong way. Now you, me, and everybody feels helpless without further congressional intervention. "Govern me harder, Daddy!" Now even so-called conservatives meddle with everything.

@drmorcoch9338 You really think the USDA is your friend? You really think those labels protect you? No. They lull you to sleep and you get 100% government-approved and corporate paid for poison in the food, but hey. At least you FEEL protected, and that's what matters, right?

@snex000 EXACTLY. And "organic" doesn't mean "organic" at all. Heck, they can inject "organic" beef with mRNA poison, totally legally, without telling you. The government doesn't shield anybody from corporations. It shields the worst corporations from the people.

@uhclem We have so many laws that we are ALL criminals, just waiting for the government to notice us for speaking out or otherwise offending the powerful. Easy enough to single us out and lock us up, because we are all already guilty. At the same time, if we're pals with the establishment, we can commit any crime we wish and be protected. Complicated rule sets are the safe harbor for thieves and scoundrels.
