  1. "Hate Crime" is a bullshit classification. It was a CRIME. We already have laws against murder. "Hate Crime" is a very slippery definition on a very slippery slope. The courts have been factoring motives into the sentencing/penalty phase of trials. We don't need a separate category of crimes. It just takes us one step closer to the oppression of groups and political opponents. Garland said "Religious or ideological motives mean 'Hate Crime.'" People should be HORRIFIED and ENRAGED that these top lawyers are all bought in on "Hate Crime" being a thing. Republicans and Democrats alike. They should ALL be ashamed of themselves, but their arrogance will entertain no doubts.
