What's terrifying is how close these power grabs came to being passed, and how many power grabs have ALREADY passed, not least of which being The Patriot Act, which is STILL on the books, even after it was weaponized against a sitting president. If they can do that to a sitting president, imagine what they can (and are) do(ing) to people you and I will never ever hear of.

  4.  @magsk6721  MOST politicians are either corrupt going in or easily corruptible. That's why the U.S. Constitution LIMITS what the federal government has the power to do. At least 50% (and almost certainly much more) of what the U.S. Government does is against the Constitution. Somehow, people have bought the lie that politicians are better suited to run our lives than WE are.
