  1. This is terrible legislation and it should be struck down by the courts. But SCOTUS did nothing about "Communications Decency Act," and they argue all day about Section 230, when there should be ZERO legislation from the federal government regulating communications of any kind. That's up to the states, and even THEY shouldn't fool with it.
