  1. That was the weird thing about the Twitter Files. Bari Weiss has this aura of respectability created out of thin air, because she stood up to her bosses at the New York Times. Matt Taibbi is a hopeless big-government progressive. I think it's hilarious that her hackery got exposed on Joe Rogan. She was just parroting the rhetoric of other neocons when she tore down Tulsi. I'd tear down Tulsi for being a big-government progressive. I like her integrity on some things, but she's not going to get us off the wheel. She's one of a long list of people who don't want the power of government to shrink, but just wants her kind of people running that government. That's the whole problem with American politics. No politician wants to reduce the scope and role of the federal government. They just want to be the person who controls it. Only guys like Rand or Ron Paul ever ran for offices that they actually tried to reduce in power once in office. That's my big beef with progressives. They are so right in their criticisms of those in power, but it never occurs to them to reduce the amount of power in the hands of those in office. That's the only real way to manage the harm done by narcissists and psychopaths in government office: Don't give the government office too much power. They want the power to remain, but they just want THEIR guy wielding it, when the only correct answer is NO one should wield that much power.
