  1. While she touts the tonneau cover, I notice the box is only half depth, I presume because of all the batteries. That's a very shallow box.

  2. I like the EV idea for local commutes, but I still think they're trying to copy look and feel of gasoline-powered vehicles. I think a smaller, lighter vehicle is something the public might not embrace. One caution I have against EVs is the EM fields emanating from the motors. Might be bad for you. Won't know for another 20 or 50 years. I worry about reliability and durability. I also worry about the manufacture and disposal of these batteries they need. Are we hurting the planet worse, in another way? For that matter, if our emissions ARE climatically significant, might they help keep us warmer if we're actually heading into another ice age? Maybe we were created by the lower animals to run their smudge pots for them, to stave off the cold! "We gave you one job..." says the squirrel.
