  1.  @robertpolicastro1  I never feel comfortable 'til I've got the windows covered. And I always have a gun close to hand. But rest areas aren't exactly high-crime areas, not in the middle of nowhere on the Interstate. Most of the rest areas I know aren't very fancy, like the one in the video. Illinois spends more on stuff like that than some other states. Illinois spends on a lot of stuff.
