  1. Due to government intervention and corporate greed, automakers in the USA make cars with features no one wants at a price no one can afford. As for EVs, I will never own one, unless it's a little "runabout" for around town. But even then, I'm not at all comfortable with the environmental impact of the materials needed, nor the disposal/recycling of the lithium batteries. And the big push is based on a myth of catastrophic, man-made global warming, with plant food (CO2) named as the major culprit, which is ludicrous.
