  1. Best ex-president, ever. As president, he put together a failed rescue mission of the hostages in Iran. They didn't fire a shot because they didn't even make it to the target. Men died, but due to mishap.. I THINK he got the Taliban going in Afghanistan to fight the Soviets. And his military budget request was more than Reagan GOT.
