  1. It's always sad. But the industry needs a shakeup. What these platforms do isn't that special, and all they've done to "improve" over the last 10 years is remove the dislikes from comments and videos. YouTube still hasn't given users the ability to block trolls, themselves. But no one has really challenged YouTube with as slick an interface or breadth of content. Shouldn't be that daunting of a task. Hopefully, Elon will get people to start paying for their social media, directly. If there were a paid version of YouTube that didn't censor the feed, I'd be on it, exclusively.
