Not one trucker, bus driver, heavy equipment operator or citizen with IQ over 100 thinks these EVs as currently conceived and manufactured are going to come close to meeting our transportation needs, let alone put a dent in CO2 emissions. We'll just burn more coal (as China is doing) to generate the electricity, and rape the planet for the minerals needed for the batteries.
