  1. When the majority catches the same mind virus, the weakness of Euro constitutions is on full display. Only the USA says rights live above the machinations of government. Everywhere else, rights are bestowed grudgingly on the people, at the whim of the state. You have the appearance of rights, until it matters. But don't worry. The U.S. Constitution is on its last legs. The state has found its way around every check and balance.
