  1. Their "treatment" is basically a lifetime of medical problems and no orgasms or children of their own. "Gender affirming care" = a barren existence. It's a twisted form of torture in the name of caring. It's like an abusive parent insisting they HAD to beat their child every day "because I love him. It's for his own good."
