This is why the Latino vote should be cast against the Democrats. I'm not at all sure how much better the Republicans would be, but they would be better. What we need is a truly libertarian, populist movement, which has never happened since 1776. As soon as our government was set up, officials within it have yearned to be kings and queens, and repeat all the same mistakes of existing monarchies we were specifically founded to NOT be.
