@susancohen8009 What good does it do to defeat fascism, if you become fascists in the process? UK and USA both face this very big problem. Too many people (in government) enjoyed our being on a war footing, so they kept the pot simmering, indefinitely, to give themselves the excuse - and the cover - to exercise extraordinary powers not rightfully theirs.
