  2. Debt ceiling deadline is a distraction from all the spending that requires it be raised. If you were truly worried about the AAA rating on your bonds, maybe you should issue fewer bonds and live within your means. This is like handing a degenerate gambler a blank check in the belief that it will solve all their problems.
