  7.  @This0is0pointless  There should be some presumption of guilt when body cams mysteriously stop working or there's missing footage. Redactions should DEFinitely create a presumption of guilt or some kind of penalty that actually HURTS, like damages from the city/state for the erstwhile suspect. After 4 years of RussiaGate Hoax, when I see redactions, I just assume the ones doing the redacting are hiding something embarrassing, because every time they got "national secrets" un-redacted, the redactions had nothing to do with national security and everything to do with bad actors in the government.
