I think they're letting some things out in dribs and drabs just to provoke more stupidity from partisan opponents. And it's working, beautifully. Dems and CNN exceed all expectations! It's a tragicomedy.

Because it's classified. Plus, I think they're after bigger fish. To GET the bigger fish, you provoke them and then you catch them in cover-ups and lies. The guilty flee when no one pursues, and that's what the Trump-haters are doing, now. Probably couldn't lay a glove on 'em, except they can't help but try dirty tricks and lies to escape. Like spiking a memo with the wrong date, and catching Schiff red-handed leaking.

Trump-Russia IS the distraction. You need to take the red pill and break free of the single-note MSM. There's whole CHORUS of divergent viewpoints and facts the MSM withhold from your tender ears, and when you say things like this, you're basically announcing to everyone how low-information you are.

You realize how tin-foil-hat you sound? Comes as no surprise, with what you've been bombarded with by the one voice in your echo chamber.

I don't see it as sinister, so much as bumbling incompetence. But police statish, for sure, in its thrust.

Just another case in point of projecting your own sins and character flaws on others. They ARE deplorable and their ilk were the first to call opponents "deplorables."

There's a SLEW of "journalists" and politicians who are obviously either idiots or malicious. Take your pick. Either way, they're disqualified from being taken seriously by anyone with a brain.

I love Wolf Blitzer. Nobody better at asking stupid questions in portentous ways.

We need to curb executive, legislative AND judicial branches run amuck, drunk with power and privilege.

Jack Rasmussen. Still peddling that narrative, even when it's hanging in tatters? Talk about obstinate.

Yes. Our entire COUNTRY on its knees before 16 low-level spammers from Russia. Dems are dims.

T4C: You sound kind of ignorant of the (lack of) facts.

It wasn't until the IC started the whole scandal that the Intelligence Committee started looking into some of these "matters." Somebody had the bright idea of actually CHECKING the provenance of all the allegations and FISA warrants, and got stonewalled by the IC, because they've been misrepresenting evidence to FISC and covering-up that fact. I think these abuses go back to the original passage of the Patriot Act, but it's been kept under wraps and kept fairly low-level, with NSA data being used to prosecute drug dealers and other DOMESTIC crooks. They get the dirt. It's all fruit of the poisoned tree. But they get their crooks and then try to retro-fit legitimate means of obtaining the evidence, so they can convict the crooks in court. But the Obama Admin took it to a whole new level, targeting political opponents. Either Obama was involved or Obama was utterly incompetent. Well... or both.

Obama's last-minute executive order opening the floodgates to dissemination of top-secret materials to get Trump is pretty damning. I was inclined to believe the junior senator from Illinois was just out of his depth, but more and more, it's starting to look like sheer partisan malice and entitled mind-set by him and the narcissists he ran with.

Unmasking is terrible, but even withOUT unmasking, FISA is unconstitutional. Unmasking is just a symptom of the disease.
