  1. U.S.-made cars would be higher quality, more durable, easier to fix, and cheaper, if the U.S. Government left the industry alone.

  2. I think there's a lot of overcapacity. People don't want these EVs. That being said, every time the U.S. Government steps in to "help" the auto industry, the customers get ripped off and the industry, itself, becomes more divorced from reality and the needs of its customers.
