  3. Anyone with a heart is already crying over the loss of life and waste of resources. My biggest fear is a desperation strike or a false flag to justify a desperation strike by NATO, when it becomes clear that it cannot win a conventional conflict. That may be why Putin's content to sit on Ukraine and in no big hurry to take Kiev, assuming he has that intention, which I do not. $oon, it won't matter what if any kind of armistice is obtained, as the destruction of Ukraine's war-fighting capability makes any kind of negotiation irrelevant to Russia.

  4. I think they can knock down 'most anything, with a large enough expenditure of anti-aircraft missiles. But they only have so many, and a successful defense, today, may be defenselessness, tomorrow. Patriot is expensive and in limited supply.
