  2. There's bound to be some tension between Wagner and Russia, with Prigozhin's latest complaints falling along expected lines, if that's what you're looking for. I agree that it looks more like feeding Western narratives and false hopes, and - as you say - enticing another foolhardy and costly offensive. In modern warfare, mass troop movements can't be hidden. Rushing aid to an embattled Bakhmut exposes the relief forces to artillery.
