  1. Why make the un-sound dollar the reserve currency? The USA frittered away its economic supremacy and - just like failing media at home - it's pushing every button and lever of that supremacy even as that supremacy is waning. It's like a last, desperate push by a failing system. The system is doomed. The question is how much harm will be done in its death throes. The monetary system doesn't serve ordinary working, productive citizens in the USA, in particular, and the West, in general. Their fascist/socialist fecklessness is finally catching up to them. In the USA, you can live as a client of the state or be punished for working and saving the old-fashioned way. They want us to live as serfs.
