  2.  @cksammi  I agree. It was the thing that stood out about his presidency the most. He had no clue who was swamp and who wasn't, and neither did his closest advisors. He did appoint a few good people, but it was more random chance than planned. He was in over his head as president as are most presidents. The only ones who know who's who and what's what are part of the swamp already. There is no political solution or administrative solution to the government behemoth. Feckless and destructive people hide in plain sight and garner awards.
