  1. It's all the laws and regs that Edgehomes hides behind. Without those "laws," they'd have to survive on reputation, which they don't have. "Show me all your satisfied customers." People would do due diligence without the government "protecting" them. Now, they buy houses built on sand and want somebody to save them.
