@MichaelMarko The judge is a little taken aback, unprepared for this line of questioning that he reasonably assumed he wouldn't hear. So yeah. He's a little flustered and didn't have chapter and verse at his fingertips for the perfect, cold, ruthless take-down. He'll have his clerks working overtime to not allow this mendacious lawyer wangle a mistrial without prejudice for a 2nd bite of the apple, with a sword hanging over Kyle's head the entire time. A mistrial is a "win" for the prosecution. That's what it seems like, to me, anyway. But all I've got is Law and Order and a few nights at Holiday Inn Express on my resumé.

@buckhorncortez That can be blamed on an "activist judge" by lying media, to preserve the illusion. "Why didn't he let it go to the jury?" And the way the judge was flabbergasted by the tactics of the prosecutor made the judge look a little off his game. He knew the prosecutor was off the reservation and was so beside himself, he couldn't find the words. Not the best judge for t.v.
