  2. 6th-most may be misleading. Portland wasn't a huge city to begin with. So it may be the city losing the highest percentage of its population.

You sound just like me at the "White Privilege Breakout Session" at a recent Teacher Conversation Day. I also said "When you get done intersecting everyone's unique lived experience, and place them into their assigned oppression group, you have divided us all the way down to single individuals. Congratulations. You just re-invented the Enlightenment you are literally trying to discredit."
