@katanagrrl I'm so sorry that happened to you and I wish the worst upon your abuser.

@BradyDoesntMiss It's not that untrue when the abuser is a well liked person. They assume that you're just making up lies about the person because you're jealous of their fame- But then again, I guess you're technically still right because if they drop you for coming out about abuse they weren't real friends anyways

@KellyKelly-qd7my Like I said to Katgirl, I'm so sorry that happened and I wish nothing but the worst upon your abuser music teacher and that his daughter is taken out of that household

@RAAM855 Featureman's got hollywood ties.. Suddenly everything makes sense. God i hate hollywood

Mar.K I'd accept the "change" argument if he never offended. But he did, he traumatized and hurt children. In my eyes it's far too late. If he was genuinely trying to change and get rid of his attraction I'd accept your argument, but what he did was a completely voluntary action. No matter how many years ago I'll never feel sorry or empathy for an ab*ser. Pre*dators don't change.

@RSAgility You can't 'change' the severe and horrible abuse and trauma you caused to someone. "Sorry" isn't gonna change or heal the fact you VOLUNTARILY DID SOMETHING VILE to someone.
11
+Mar.K, ww2 happened a while ago and that was still a terrible thing to have happened. Jack the Ripper died a long time ago a while ago and he's still a horrible person.

@NateTheScot I wish only the worst upon your abuser. I hope you're doing well now. Very happy for you and that girl you found for helping you work through it as much as possible.

@sabsain2399 Oooh.. Yeah. Critikal viewers are definitely not the friendliest people 😬
8
@nexonus9513 Because it's not uncommon for victims to get shunned for 'lying' about their abuse whether they want sympathy points, attention, or they're just plain jealous, especially if the abuser is a famous person. Abusers very much often walk away free right after raping someone. Trauma ruins people's confidence, mental stability, everything. You probably could've worded that a lot better.

@Rebazar Bullies unfortunately often do end up going places in life. It sucks to see. Really wish this world was better bit I'm not optimistic.
5
@DontDefuse No, you would only be a predator if you continued pushing for a relationship.

@sneakretster i have faith in mutahar

@NerfAlice Even if he learned that doesn't change the fact he traumatized several children. What he did was a voluntary decision to hurt those kids. I would maybe, just maybe agree with you if he was non-offending- mental issues suck, they really do- and if he was trying to get help to actually change. But he hurt children; traumatized them. It's far too late for him to change.

@toby434 Like the other guy said, you should gather as much proof as possible and get a really good attorney. If possible, anyways. If you can't I'm really sorry and I hope for the best possible outcome for you.
3
@badonpurpose8930 I hope your friend is doing okay now and their abuser rots.
3
+a It really does, though. Speaking up about trauma is very scary for a lot of people and if the abuser is someone that is well liked that is amplified by quite a bit since a lot of people will put you down for it assuming you're just jealous of their fame or trying to create drama. We all wish it took absolutely no effort to speak up and say someone is a horrible person but unfortunately liars gotta ruin it for everyone and make us all suspicious of everyone and everything.

He hurt kids dude, it doesn't matter how long ago it happened he did something vile to SEVERAL KIDS. That's not a mistake, that is something you VOLUNTARILY DO and he should not get away with. Ab*s*e should never be gotten away with, it doesn't matter hoe long ago it happened. Also, please remember he got away with THREE life sentences.
2
@pinacoladawah4998 I really really wish it didn't happen so often and I don't feel very optimistic about the future making sure it's, y'know, not that way. Why must this world be so scary..

@HuwhyteMan FACTS
2
@HuwhyteMan Feed all abusers through woodchippers feet first. There is the question of false convictions but to me that just sounds like a reason to improve the legal system.
2
@NerfAlice even if he only did it once he still hurt those kids. He shouldn't have done it at all, plain and simple. I have no sympathy for what happens to a r*pist irregardless of how many times they did it, whether it be once or a hundred times. He is a predator, predators don't change.. But yes, very glad they told, he shouldn't get away with it.
1
@NerfAlice thats why we have legal trials, do we not? Worst part is is that court is very, very slow. And it's not looking good for his case anyways since he's trying to pretend he hasn't been on for 6 years on his channel. If you don't know the story then your best bet is really to just stay quiet.
1
@NerfAlice Very quick thing: He had apparently admitted to it and is being convicted as we speak in a newer video but he deleted all of the recent videos. Plus there's a bunch of news articles you could essily get the story from.
1
@NerfAlice I'm tired and sick with covid so sorry if it came off that way.
1
@NerfAlice thank you.
1
@Pyx3ll Like I've said to the others, I'm so sorry that happened to you and I wish the worst upon your abuser and his friends.
1
@toby434 The state won't prosecute him?? What a terrible court that is.
1
@BradyDoesntMiss Oh if you meant just being a victim then mb i misread, I was talking about actually trying to report/talk about it because some people will just not believe someone is bad person. I wish everyone was as lucky as you to have such sympathetic people, but unfortunately not.
1
To Mar.K, You can't change being a person like that, In his admission video he talked about it and he didn't have a hint of guilt in his voice. 45 years he hasn't done it? 45 years his victims have had to carry that trauma. He made a conscious decision to hurt those kids that should not have been made. 45 years doesn't clear his name. THREE TIMES, and he escaped THREE LIFE SENTENCES.
