  1. 5:51 - The 30% won't be completely blocked. It would be very inefficiently ported into Dubai and piped to the Gulf of Oman. There is also a pipe from east to west Saudi. It will be horribly slow and inefficient, so it would raise prices and cause chaos. But fully blocked maybe not. And also it will not happen since China is a top client of Gulf countries. Unless Iran selectively blocks which oil tankers go where. It will be a nuclear option for them since they would ruin their relations with many countries. Saudi would have to be on board with stopping servicing half their customers for Iran. A hard sell.

  2. To add, I actually find Israel bombing Iranian oil fields to have higher probability of raising oil prices than Iran blocking anything.
