  1. Honestly, it's frustrating to see people claim that masks are ineffective. The evidence is clear! Studies, including a major review in "The Lancet," show that masks significantly reduce the spread of respiratory viruses. Let’s not pretend that all masks are the same. N95s and surgical masks provide way better protection than flimsy cloth masks. And sure, aerosols are a concern, but masks still help filter out a lot of those particles. The argument that masks give people a false sense of security is weak. Just because some people misuse them doesn’t mean they don’t work! Public health organizations like the CDC and WHO are still recommending masks in high-risk situations because they know they help. So, before dismissing masks, maybe take a look at the actual science instead of spreading misinformation. Masks are a crucial tool in fighting this virus
