  2. But that it is exactly what it is: you feel/think. Flight hours does not directly correlate to experience. Enforcing an arbitrary number instead of testing for skill is dumb

  4.  @kernowradio  but as he clearly mentioned research showed that requiring just 1500 hours of any flight hours actually worsens pilot skill as it causes them to forget their training
