  1.  @holon4662 it’ll wipe out massive swathes of Russia too, likely St Petersburg being a no go zone. Oligarch’s assets will reduce to pocket change. The response would be swift removal of extensive key Russian military assets and infrastructure domestic and foreign. In short it would likely be the death knell for Russia also.
