  1. Too bad the videographer does such a poor job. Thousands of people could be getting a good intro to Chem E if somebody had noticed early on what a poor job was being done and easy it was to fix with a few words of advice, e.g. put the camera on what Professor Robertson is talking TO, not the professor himself.
