  1. How about this: Alan Dershowitz said, "Gaza could be the next Singapore." How to do that? 1) IDR occupies Gaza and provides 100% protection of property and contract enforcement, like the British administered Hong Kong. Do that indefinitely 'til they become so prosperous they don't want to change the status quo. 2) Gaza is a 100% free trade zone. 3) Pay the land-expropriated refugees back and continuing rent; landless refugees some form of reparation.
