  2.  @barryward2128  Thanks - yes, I understand that part of it. It's the non-mandate/non-tax stuff - I don't understand why that's considered unconstitutional, and I don't have the gumption to dig into the details to find out. Sounds like some hideous unfunded mandates on States and such. Thanks for responding.

  3.  @barryward2128  Thanks for responding. Obviously I'm not an expert, but it looks like after the interpretation of that effing Interstate Commerce clause the Feds can do wtf it wants. Major fixing needed, it looks.
