  4.  @timsievers2067  Blamestop is leading the entire banking system around by the nose? Thanks, but I still don't get it. I understand why there's a bank reg for cash. But I don't understand why there's a bank reg for "collateral", i e. non-cash? Is that the Fed's way of saying "you better not hoard cash! You better spend some of that money on T-bills"?
