@Slider68 "Fusion is always 30 years away." It's a perpetual $multi-billion tax funded boondoggle for grant-seeking academics. It's so stupidly unfeasible and impractical as to by one step shy of the perpetual motion machine. Stupid politicians fall for it like they fall for global warming and "ozone depletion". 1) there IS no global warming 2) co2 won't cause any 3) if you didn't have greenhouse gases (e.g. water) you'd burn in the sun and freeze in the shade. (Spend a night in the desert without a sleeping bag.)
