  3. actually, the evaporative should be made into such that it condenses the water back, I mean, only cool dry air, heat sink on the other side, cold water on the other side

  6. put the water fountain outside, circulate hot air from inside to the water evaporator, through a heat plate, so that keep the water outside and the air separately inside
