Congress needs to pass a law that all rental properties has limits. Like the square feet of a apt. Or house never changes. The owners should never charge no more than fair market price. That also goes for selling any property to. Ive lived in stinking spts. Since 1962. I never could afford a house. And still cant Low income is the cause. This is why the nomad life is going to be even more popular. Its never ending. Ive been trying to reach a senator here in texas to discuss this issue. I left my. Name and cell no and the morons never return my calls. I dont know what to do. The owner of this complex is a multi.millionare. he has told everyone if they cant pay the rent then move. He doesnt give free rent to anyone. I said its the pandemic. People cant work. Our rent is up sept. 1st. Had to sign another yrs. Lease. So now our son buys our groceries. I told my husband next year at this time if he doesnt get work we will be homeless and houseless. So we better prepare for it. Ive told him this only twice. He is a painter and handyman. Everyone is doing it and also working in groups of companies. We are a mom and pop team. Just us. He has worked in a apt. Complex for 21 yrs. Make readies to rent. New owners bought the property and all maintenance crew mngr. Is out the door. That was 2 and a half yrs ago. My check is getting shorter. I have one soc.sec. check. We have only the necessitiy bills and rent. Heres the list. Car payment 431.22. Car ins. 172.00. Rent 800.00 monthly. Light bill 75.00. Burial policy 37.17 monthly. Gas 50.00. A small loan of 300.00 70.00 monthly. Renters ins. 45.00. Hair cuts 60.00 a credit attorney my credit is a mess. 70.19 health ins.cell phones 2 105.00. Groceries 700.00 for 2 people 2 meals daily. Laundry is 80.00. All this monthly. So our son gives us 200.00 monthly to help us. Overall extras. Bath soap. T.paper paper towels. Shampoo hand soap

  2. Hi glorious. So anyway thats my speach. There should never be any homeless people anywhere. We all need to be rich so we all can work together help each other. Donate to the less fortunate. Help each other in all businesses. Buy anything. Take vacations anywhere. Be hsppy and buy anything. But the government wants us to be slaves to them and control our lives. Why. Oh well.
