Im trying to get my husband to understand we need to move to a small town with reasonable rent. Where ever that is. Have to stay around dallas texas. Our son doesnt want us to move except closer to him. We have only one son. So i just mentioned to him that we need to keep thinking about our low income. We are barely eating now and our son helps with grocery money and still barely making it. So job shopping is very difficult in dallas to get here. If anyone is a computer whiz then there is a good chance to get. A job. I love a small town. Everyone knows each other. They help in time of need. Some towns stay small because nobody moves out even if they have to drive 4 hours to and from work. The peace of mind and quietness to enjoy. Thank you may god bless.

@conniereeves2711 hi connie your voice is heard and unique. Jan here from texas. I feel the verty same way. I have a dream plan to help the poor. But god has to do this. He knows my heart and everyones to. But i cant say what it is. Im waiting on our loving god to make this dream come true. The cost is priceless. But if a price was to be told. It might cost about or more than 7 billion or maybe 1 trillion dollars. God only knows. This is a very big and magnificant project ive wanted since i was 17 yrs. Old. The project is for the poor people only. As we all know dreams are only dreams until they come true. God makes all things possible. Im still waiting. Im now 74 yrs. Old. I wish i could say the name of the business. But i have to wait until i have proof. Also everyone else would want to have the same business. But i want to be the 1st person to tell about it. @pack.o.cherries say .jan here. How about calling a school to find out who takes care of the bus sales and. Can they recommend. Who does repairs on them. Also check with the tax office lastly to find out how much the registration cost. Talk with someone who owns a schoolie. See how the process is to change from a commercial vehicle to a van. Maybe not to mention this to the tax office yet. Call the nearest school. They might can help with this information. Might. Not be very easy to transfer. Thank you. Prayers are with you all. @pack.o.cherries hi ms. Elisha. Jan here. Thank you for your reply. Just trying to help anyway i can. Thats what us nomads do. Helping each other. That is what its all about. Showing love to. Even tho im not a nomad yet. I am a nomad wantabe. If i packed a bag without my husband or his stinking approval. He would divorce me. I can see it now. The title. Husband divorces wife cuz she cant no longer pay the rent. The rent increased. The wife was trying to have a nomadic life to have a better life. He refused this nomadic lifestyle. He. Has requested a divorce. So this will certainly happen. But this time next year we will be homeless. I told my husband to get ready. For a nomadic life. So hope you find a job. I said you make the choice. Im exhausted of trying to find ways to help us stay independent. If our son can afford to give 800.00 a month for groceries. Then. We can pay the rent for another year. If he cant afford to help us then the rent will eat up our grocery money. We have a small compact car. Its somewhat comfortable. Cant remove the back seat cuz it wouldnt have anymore space. We bought the car 6 months before the pandemic hit town. I told my husband this does this apt. Get you a job. Does this apt. Put food on the table. Does this apt. Provide transportation. So its your choice buddy. I refuse to let this multimillionare owner of this complex. Make us loose our car. So next year will be showtime. A choice keep the apt. Or loose the car. Im ready to move right now. We just signed a years lease 2 wks ago. Here in dallas texas if a apt. Lease is broken we would be on the bad book for 3 yrs. Cant even rent a closet . cuz we signed a legal document to pay for a required year. Gotta stay within the lease agreement. Thats the law here. So half this town couldnt pay the rent. Job loss and the prepandemic. Thank you. Oh. My husband does not understand anything.

Making them ready to rent. Nobody is hiring at all. Not even contracted. Except in groups of guys for business. Etc. The last time he worked in a group they stold 1.000.00 worth of tools. So we had to buy tools again. Got the best ones. He can work again. Bought 3.000.00 worth and a 1.200.00 paint sprayer. He got out of work 2 yrs. Ago. The owner of the apts sold the apts. And everyone left. The new owners had there own crew. We had a little work. Finished remodeling 2 10x12 storage buildings and 2 weeks later the pandemic came to town. So my soc. Sec. Check isnt much. Our son pays for some groceries. 200.00 monthly. He has a small apt. We had to sign another years lease. A week ago. This place is bad. Poor management. If my husband cant find work this time next year we will be homeless. The rent is already digging in our grocery money. So our son helps us what he can. A big problem with rental property is in apts. Or houses the owners charge us all rent going by what the selling price is of sq.ft. of the housing market. Of selling homes. So this is why rent is so high. The owners dont realize that apts. Sq.ft. never changes. A 600 sq.ft. apt. Cost 925.00 plus a light bill. The last complex we moved from was a 465 sq.ft. apt. The new owners up the rent to 800.00 a month.. We moved here. Dallas isnt cheap. A house of 1600 sq ft. Runs about 3500.00. Plus all utilities.to rent. I would never buy a house in town. We all pay for convenience of stores etc. Taxes is stable. Man for 21 yrs. The property sold and out the door he went and everyone else to. The new owners had there own crew. Ive had hip surgery and i slid on the ice in 2009 the hip in 2010. I also have herniated 3 disc. Also sciatica to. In my back. Im doing okay now but cant do much work of standing to long. My husband is healthy. I am to other than my back. You will be blessed ms. @debbietorres9661 hi ms. Debbie. Somehow i thought it was yo good to be true. On the habitat programs. You are so vety right. Thank yoy checking them out. The real help is from organizations that has proof of being lagitamat and honest with everyone. To let people know how they can help and will help. When people like that is dishonest they never say anything. If they did talk its only lies. I guess checking with communities and neighborhoods. Something like that.
